Figurative forms, everyday symbols of his culture and childhood are recurring motifs in Jadraque's practice. Drawn on cardboard and then cut out with a knife by hand, the imperfections are embraced by Jadraques. The cutouts become a template that is used across various materials to find a textural richness.
